Health and safety professionals across the waste and recycling industry are invited to join us at ESA’s annual Health and Safety Conference to share and learn what the industry is doing to raise standards and improve performance across a number of H&S priority areas. For the afternoon session, Pinsent Masons will offer an insight into the stark reality of attending a coroner’s inquest. This intentionally impactful sessions will adopt a ‘mock’ inquest format – revealing what to expect at an inquest, with a focus on the human-factors and emotional toll on those required to attend.
